Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what is not allowed when using SENDANYWAIR, secure links, P2P transfer, and receiver apps.
1. Basic rule
Use SENDANYWAIR only for lawful, safe, and authorized file transfer. You are responsible for the files, messages, recipients, links, and P2P sessions you create.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use SENDANYWAIR to send, store, link, transmit, or facilitate:
- Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, botnet tools, or other harmful code.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or content involving minors in a sexual context.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other rights.
- Non-consensual intimate images, doxxing, stalking material, or privacy-invasive data dumps.
- Threats, harassment, hate, extremist material, or instructions for violence or serious harm.
- Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, scams, or deceptive transfer campaigns.
3. Prohibited behavior
- Do not bypass plan, storage, retention, password, rate, security, or access controls.
- Do not attempt to scan, attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
- Do not use SENDANYWAIR to operate an unauthorized public file hosting service or distribution network.
- Do not share accounts, automate abusive uploads, or misrepresent the origin of a file.
- Do not use P2P features to evade law, safety rules, or this policy.
4. P2P-specific rules
P2P file contents are not stored on our servers, but your use of P2P must still comply with this policy. You must not use P2P to transfer unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
We may act on account, license, invitation, connection, and technical metadata if we reasonably believe P2P is being misused.
5. Enforcement
We may remove files, disable links, suspend accounts, block access, cancel sessions, preserve relevant information, or report activity to authorities where appropriate or required by law.
We may also cooperate with payment providers, hosting providers, law enforcement, and trusted reporting channels when abuse is reported.
6. Reporting abuse
To report abuse, illegal content, or misuse, contact support@sendanywair.com. Include the link, file reference, sender or recipient details if known, why it is problematic, and your contact details.
