Refund and Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains cancellation, refunds, and withdrawal for SENDANYWAIR passes and digital access.
1. Digital service access
SENDANYWAIR passes provide access to a digital service. Access may begin immediately after checkout so you can upload files, create secure links, use P2P, or use receiver functionality right away.
2. Consumer withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or another region with a statutory withdrawal right, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within a certain period.
Because SENDANYWAIR is a digital service delivered immediately, the checkout flow may ask you to expressly agree that service delivery begins immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once delivery has begun. If you give that consent and access starts, the withdrawal right may no longer apply.
If local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
3. Day and week passes
Day and week passes are intended for short-term digital access. Once access has started, these passes are generally not refundable unless required by law or unless SENDANYWAIR decides otherwise in a specific case.
4. Month and year passes
Month and year passes are designed for ongoing use and may renew automatically if sold as recurring subscriptions. You can cancel future renewal according to the app flow.
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period unless required by law, stated during checkout, or approved by SENDANYWAIR support.
5. Service issues
If you paid for access and could not use the service because of a verified issue on our side, contact support. We may offer a fix, extension, credit, or refund depending on the situation and applicable law.
Network issues, receiver device availability, browser settings, blocked connections, recipient mistakes, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
6. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds, when approved, are normally returned through the original payment method and may take time depending on Stripe and your payment provider.
