Security and control

Clear controls for secure file movement.

SENDANYWAIR keeps the transfer experience simple on the surface while giving users practical controls: authenticated access, license-backed usage, optional password protection, tracked links, direct P2P sessions, and receiver-side save handling. P2P file contents are not stored on our servers; secure-link files are temporary and are deleted from our storage as soon as the expected download is complete.

Controls across both transfer paths.

The main app and P2P app use the same account and license foundation, then apply the right transfer behavior for the moment.

01

Account and license

Users sign in and operate within an active license plan before sending or receiving files.

02

Password protection

Transfers can include an additional password when access needs an extra layer.

03

Tracked delivery

Secure link transfers keep status and download availability visible in the app. The file is deleted from our storage as soon as the expected download is complete, or removed when retention expires if it is not downloaded.

04

P2P signaling

Signaling introduces peers and receiver devices; it does not become the file store for direct transfers.

05

Receiver save handling

Receiver apps write incoming files into a local folder configured on the device.

06

Fallback path

When a live P2P connection is not available, secure link delivery keeps the workflow moving.

P2P: no file contents on our servers

In a P2P session, our backend helps the devices connect. The actual file does not upload to SENDANYWAIR storage and is not retained by us.

SENDANYWAIR links: automatic deletion

For secure download links, files are stored temporarily to make download possible. Once the expected download is complete, the file is deleted from our storage; undownloaded files are removed when their retention period expires.

Simple on the surface, practical underneath.

Upload progress, group sending, personal file messages, optional password protection, direct P2P sessions, and a straightforward overview of sent files all stay close to the user.
